I made reservations 6 months ago for May 18 because they are so hard to get. Well, six months ago, no problem. Called today, April 16, to ask a question just to find out my reservations were mistakenly, by staff, made in March instead of May. When you call in for reservations, it is not enough to ask them to repeat it back to you. We had our granddaughters BD breakfast in the castle Jan 6, , the atmosphere of the castle itself was beautiful… Other than that the meal, service and characters were all very disappointing.
Everything was extremely rushed to the point of plates being slid so quickly across the table it was as if they were being thrown at you. The food was mediocre at best. The Princesses presence at each table was so fast that it was almost non-existent and we were unable to get good pictures. We have had the princess breakfast in Epcot twice a year at Akershus for 3 years in a row and the food is delicious, service is wonderful and the princess experience amazing especially the dance around the banquet hall with all the children.
The food was not impressive but lunch was more appetizing than dinner…Although no one eats here for the food. We love the castle and it is at the top of our list of ADRs because of the interaction with the princesses. In January of this year we went for dinner and our daughter really bonded with Ariel and this princess kept returning to say hi and even bragged to her princess friends about Emma. I teared up as I saw how special my daughter felt in this magical place.
We will always make a point to eat here for lunch. Ok so yes. There are so many other choices that offer amazing food with atmosphere. If you are looking for the princess experience with dinner, go to Akershus. I love Disney with all my heart, but this dining experience is just not worth it.
Everything about the inside was magical and beautiful! Everything about the meal had a special touch and the food was delicious! It was fancier than the other restaurants we dined at in the park but definitely was one of the highlights of the trip! We were called princesses throughout the meal and got to take pictures with Cinderella after we were done. One of the memories that sticks out in my mind is the butter for your bread was sculpted into a Mickey Mouse :. We have done breakfast here before and it was the first time we had all been inside the castle.
It was magical just being IN the castle. The princess interaction was very good and each one spends a good time with you. Thsi was a fantastic meal.
My daughter was so excited and was dressed up in her snow white dress. The food was really good although expensive and it was really exciting because they announce the princesses one at a time and then they come to your table for a picture.
We ate dinner in the castle summer of The fun began downstairs taking photos with Cinderella. Then as they called your name for dinner, you were escorted up the staircase to the restaurant in the castle. We had the dining plan and used one if not two of our sit down dinners for this. It was well worth it!
We had 9pm reservations. Talk about magical, it is one of my best Disney moments. The princesses were all introduced and came by each table. They were very sweet with my daughters. At the end of dinner, they gave all the little girls a wand and the little boys a sword. I thought the food was good and it was such a festive night.
We had a table right next to a window, so we were able to see all of Fantasyland! We had breakfast 2 months ago with our 5 year old, we were celebrating her birthday. The food is very good and get to know most of the princesses at once.
We loved it. We were there for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I both enjoyed our dinner and the girls loved the French toast sticks. It was difficult to get the girls to concentrate on their meals with the princesses arriving though. It was nice to see so many princesses in one spot. They spent a nice amount of time with the girls.
I also love the picture that we received of our family with Cinderella. Our waitress was wonderful as well. The girls already want to go back for our next trip! We have been twice both for birthday breakfasts. It is a small fortune to go. The first time we went my daughter was 4 and totally into the princess thing. It was magical. She was on cloud nine for years. My husband was in love with the stuffed french toast.
We went again this past year at her request for another birthday. Food was not as good.
If you are itching to see more of the inside of the castle you will need to reserve a table service meal at Cinderella's Royal Table. Although the. Cinderella's Royal Table at Magic Kingdom theme park offers Fairytale Dining in a storybook setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a Character Dining experience at Cinderella Castle where lords and ladies of all ages sit wide-eyed as Disney Princesses mingle and sign.
She still loved it, but it lacked some of the magic. Maybe because she was older. I think it would be great for a one time deal for the princess enthusiast. Also, we always scheduled before park opening so we could get in early. We were just at Disney the first week of September and did 9 character meals!!!
We had the free quick service with our package and upgraded to the deluxe plan. We also only booked 6 weeks before we left and were still able to get all the character meals we wanted. We ate at the Royal Table twice — for lunch and dinner. We had 2 adults and 2 3-year-olds. I think the food at breakfast was better — dinner was still good. The french toast was amazing. The girls loved their breakfast and asked for more bacon and we got a whole plate of it. The pasties in the beginning of the meal were very good too.
For dinner my husband and I both had the beef tenderloin and it was very good. Dessert was very good — I had the 3 mini dessert and my husband had the cheesecake — the cheesecake was so much better. The girls had ice cream and cupcakes — they were happy. The fairy godmother must have been sick because we never saw her at breakfast or at dinner. If I was going back we would breakfast again.
The experience was great and everyone should do it at least once.
Every one should try this ultimate epitome of a Disney Magic Dinning Experience.
